Did someone benefit Millions of dollars from the July Visa Bulletin Flip-Flop?

Apparenly this scan has generated 500 Millions of extra Dollars for American businesses.
Yes, With the July Visa Bullletin Flip-Flop they have helped the US economy a lot at the expense of Legal Immigrants waiting for GC.
Was this a scam ? Read below

We have about 200,000 Applicants. Including dependents it migh be much more.
So how was the split???

0)All the lawyer fees for filing .
So 200000 X 2000(average legal cost) = 400 Million.

1)All the Civil Surgeon Medical Offices who would get about 200000 extra visitors ,With dependents it is much more .
So 200000 X 275(average medical cost) = 55 Million .

2)All Pharmaceutical Companies with atleast 200000 vaccination Doses .
So 20000 X 100 = 20 Million

3)All Courier Companies Fedex , UPS, DHL and whatnot. Folks have been frantically sending couriers from India to US, US to their attorneys or Employers.
So 200000 x 25(average Courier expenses) = 5 Million

4)All Gas companies with the extra miles to get all paperwork done
So 200000 x 75 extra Miles(=3 gallon = 9 Dollars) = 2 Million

5)All Airline companies with the cancelled tickets for those who had booked flights & those to had to take emergency flights to get back from India or whereever they were/
Not everyone got affected. But on average , may be 100,000.
So 25,000 x 300 (Average expense) = 7.5 Million

6)All Telephone & Cell Phone providers with 1000s of hours of extra calling time (This might be the ones from ur employer,attorneys,Drs Office, friends and International calls to get your Docs)
So 200000 x 25 Dollars = 5 Million

7)All Copier/Printing Companies such as Kinkos, Office depot and so
So 200000 x 10 Dollars(Averge Cost) = 2 Millions

8)Add another 50 $ per person for Miscellaneous items.
So 200000 x 50 Dollars = 10 Millions

SO TOTAL IS NOW: 400 + 55+ 20 + 5 + 2 + 7.5 +5 + 2 + 10 = 500 + Million
7)And finally the US Government with the extra tax revenue from all the beneficiaries above.
And Finally what would us the Victims have lost -


- 1000s of Dolars in Attorney fees(for those whose employer did not take care of it)
- 100s of Dollars of Salary since we had to take off from work.
- 100s of Dollars in Cancelled or recheduled or emergency flight tickets
- Functions we have missed or cancelled at our home Country. I know of couple guys who postponed their wedding dates and myself missed a wedding.
- Averge 375 Dollars in Medical
- All all those courier, phone and other miscellaneous costs
- People who planned a family had to reschedule it as pregancy not recommended for 3 months after MMR.
- Moms who could not breast feed because of vaccinations and TB test. I know folks who took it instead of a waiver.
- Frustrated dependents to whom we told that they can start working in 3 months (EAD), but now?
- Our peace and family lifes...




And on the lighter side

-We now know we are TB-Free and HIV-free
-We did all those vaccinations which we always wanted to take, but postponed forever
-We now have all our documents ready and organized - be it to wait for another VB or to move elsewhere or even pack our bags

So are we complaining too much or ?
