Toolbar Helps
Overview:
eTagLive plugin as appears on
Internet Explorer toolbar: |

My eTags: Your entire Online research library of eTags,
Images, and Notes you have collected, are here. One click here let you access all
of them instantly |

|
 |
NotePad: Quickly jot down notes while you are browsing
around from
inside any web page, tag and save to your Online storage. You can even
copy and paste an entire Web page content in here if you wish to. Your notes are
accessible from any computer. |

|
 |
Bookmark: Quickly bookmark the current page's URL and
tag it with a label. |
|
|
 |
Capture Videos, Images, or Data: Cick to activate the page capture
tool to capture sections or images on the current web page and save to your Online
storage.
|

|
|
Save and/or Email eTags:
Watch the 2 minutes demo video or follow the simple steps below
to Save or Email eTags to your friends: |

 |
Activate Save mode by clicking the Floppy disk icon. |
 |
|
|
 |
Move your mouse over the area(s) you wish to save and click, the area will be outlined
with an orange frame. |
 |
|
|
 |
Click the "OK/Continue" button. the Save dialog will appear |
 |
|
|
 |
 |
 |
Enter an optional Title for the eTag or use the default provided. |
 |
Select an existing folder or create a new folder to save the eTag into. |
 |
Finish by clicking the Email button or just click Save button to save to your online
archives. |

|
|
Plugin Doesn't Show:
If you do not see the eTagLive plugin on
your browser's menu region. Please watch the video for instructions to turn it on or read the steps below: |

Make sure Plugin/Toolbar is allowed on your browser's settings: |
|
 |
On the browser menu, click "Tools" (Press the "Alt" keyboard button if Menu bar hasn't already shown.) |
 |
Select "Internet Options" from the drop down. |
 |
On the popup window, under "Advanced" tab, make sure the
"Enable third-party browser extension" option is checked. |
 |
If "Enable third-party browser extension" option was NOT checked before. Please restart your
browser for the option to take affect. After restart, follow the help direction below to turn on eTagLive toolbar. |

Verify "eTag Web Capture" toolbar is enabled: |
|
 |
On the browser menu, click "Tools" (Press the "Alt" keyboard button if Menu bar hasn't already shown.) |
 |
Select "Manage Add-ons" then "Enable or Disable Add-ons..." from the drop down. |
 |
On the Manage Add-on popup window, locate the
"eTag Web Capture" item. |
 |
Check the Enable radio button if it isn't checked already. |
 |
Click the OK button when ready. |
 |
If "eTag Web Capture" item was NOT enabled before. Please restart your
browser for the option to take affect. After restart, follow the help direction below to show the eTagLive toolbar. |

Show the eTagLive toolbar: |

 |
On the browser menu, click "View" then "Toolbars" (Press the "Alt" keyboard button if Menu bar hasn't already shown.) |

Select/check the "eTag Web Capture" item from the sub menu. eTagLive toolbar should now show up in your browser's menu bar section. |

Plugin Appears In Wrong Location or Appears Shorten:

Move your mouse over the dotted vertical line next to our Logo until your cursor turns into a horizontal arrow bar as shown. |
 |
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the toolbar to your desired location or until the entire eTagLive toolbar is shown. |

|
Plugin Doesn't Show:
If you do not see the eTagLive Add-on on
your browser's menu region. Please watch the video or follow the steps below: |

Verify that "eTagLive Web Capture Tool" Add-on is enabled: |
|
 |
On the browser menu, select the "Tools" menu |
 |
Select "Add-ons" from the drop down. |
 |
On the Add-on window, locate the
"eTagLive Web Capture Tool" item. |
 |
Click the Enable button if it's there. If only "Disable" button is there, you are OK. |
 |
Click the Restart Firefox button when ready. |
 |
After restart, follow the help direction below to show the eTagLive toolbar. |

Show the eTag Web Capture toolbar: |

 |
On the browser menu, click "View" then "Toolbars" |
 |
Select/check the "eTag Web Capture" item from the sub menu. The eTagLive toolbar should now show up in your browser's menu bar region. |

|
